Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

Tikina Pets does not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to assist:

  1. In the first instance, we will offer a replacement for the damaged or faulty item.

  2. If a replacement is unavailable due to stock levels, a refund will be provided.

  3. The damaged or faulty product must be returned to us before a replacement is dispatched or a refund is processed.

  4. We will email a pre-paid postage label for the return of the item. Alternatively, if you selected the pick-up option in Kaitaia, the item can be dropped off at YOUR SHELF.

Reporting Issues

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at tikina.petsnz@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue and photographs if applicable to assist with processing your claim quickly.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at tikina.petsnz@gmail.com. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
